I really like that lace front. One thing I noticed you did that I do with mine as well when cutting off the lace… I find that using small scissors is also helpful.

The hair is actualy tied / ventilated onto the lace. The part that is removed is the extra lace. It is up to the individual, how much to cut off. You can not leave all of that extra lace there because it will be visable and everyone will know you have on a wig.
