    I’m glad to hear you think it’s a good website builder. I’m really disappointed that your upset with our help/support. We do not provide phone support because there simply isn’t the margin to do so at our low prices, however we do try to be as comprehensive as possible in our email responses and I think in this instance have failed. You can find a number for design services on the site and they will be happy to help you in this instance.

    A word of warning …
    A word of warning to people who may be interested in paying money for this product. Overall it is a good building tool but you cannot sell downloads and their customer support is totally appalling. I have asked for their help twice, but on both occations they never read what I wrote in the email and just directed me to their on screen help which I had already read it it did not answer the question. It ok for very basic use but their customer service is not even 1* out of 5*. Total rubbish.
