how can you ask someone to follow you through your twitter status ? like how will they see?

im following justin bieber on twitter but i want him to follow back how would i ask him to ? i have no idea really how to use twitter..? would i write it in my status and if i do would he see it ? confused…

the thing to do is be honest with him, tell him why you like him and why you think you would like to twitter with him. stay away from saying you love him though,, that would turn him off.
