How do i get people to follow me on twitter?

Hey hey (: I started Twitter and I absolutely obessed it! So cool but I only have nineteen followers? If anyone knows how to get more follows please answer this question! And if u have a Twitter follow me. You’ll find me under juliaa_bby , Thanks heaps

A good way to find followers by hitting up a Twitter train that will have you follow people, but then have others follow you. Worked very well for me.
