How do people get the little blue twitter box on their myspace?

I see it everywere, those little blue boxes that just show your recent update from twitter. Ive been looking everywere how to do it, but i cant find it. So how do you do it?
Myspace has twitter apps that allow for the blue box. You can also sync twitter to update your status to whatever you tweet. At the same time if your also on facebook, I recommend TweetDeck. You can update twitter, facebook, and myspace all at once. On top of that you can follow your status feeds from Facebook and Myspace.
