how do i stop twitter follower train?

i clicked the wrong link before nd now every few ours this site spams my twitter account. It doesn’t stop my tweets but it is a real nuisance.

login to twitter and visit this link http://twitter.com/following than each user (your following) have two button in right, select the right one, there will be more option select second last one "Block <username>"…………..

    if you want to stop Follower just login to twitter and visit this link http://twitter.com/following than each user (your following) have two button in right, select the right one, there will be more option select second last one "Block <username>"
    no more twitter of that user will come on your home page.
